We collect all details of our financial transaction when you place an order through our website. This may include your bank account number, credit card number and CVV, or debit card details that you provide to pay for our products and services.

Your customers and their street addresses, your users and their home and work addresses, your vehicles and their VIN numbers, device names, telematics device identification numbers, license plate numbers, the routes and places visited by your vehicles and their drivers, computer data from vehicles, miles traveled, time spent in transit and idle, camera recordings, your employees’ and users’ names, phone numbers, email addresses and employers, your drivers’ routes, appointments, and business data entered into our products by your employees or users or collected using our devices.
Data that identifies you
Your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, geolocation information about where you might be, operating system and version.
Data on how you use our website
Your URL clickstreams (the path you take through our site), products/services viewed, page response times, download errors, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages, how often, and other actions.
What about sensitive data?
We collect precise geolocation data (within 1,750 feet or less) about your vehicles in order to provide our services to you. We do not sell geolocation data or use it for advertising purposes. We do not collect any other “sensitive data” (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sex life or orientation, or criminal history) except when we have your specific consent, or when the law requires us to. We ask that you not provide us with sensitive data or use our products to process sensitive data.
What about children’s data?
CRE GPS is primarily a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 or over. We do not target CRE GPS at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from any person under 13 years old.
How and why we use your data
Data protection laws applicable in some places provide that we can only use your data for certain reasons and when we have a legal basis to do so. Here are the reasons for which we process your data:
Operating our products and services
Managing your use of our products and services, login and authentication, remembering your settings, processing payments, hosting and back-end infrastructure.

Third parties who may receive your data
Sometimes we may need to share your data with third parties, including device and equipment manufacturers and our integration partners, who are identified on our Integrations page. For example, we submit geolocation data to Google to improve geocoding. We store data on Amazon servers, and have partnerships with SpeedGauge, Inc., Rarestep, Inc. (providers of Fleetio), and ServiceTitan, Inc., among others. We may share your data with Twilio to facilitate sending you text messages.
We may share your driving-related data with your insurance carrier, either with your permission or if you have entered into an arrangement with your insurance carrier to provide or collect your driving data.
Your data is shared with third parties only when necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in this Privacy Policy, but third parties’ use and processing of your data will be governed by those companies’ privacy policies.
Using our products and services for an organization
If our products or services are provided to you by or through your employer or another organization, that organization will have access to your data. If you ask us to delete or correct your data, any data retained by the organization will not be deleted or corrected. You must direct your request to the organization also.
